The Reedsport Volunteer Fire Department and the American Red Cross offer free smoke alarms to all residents of the City of Reedsport and any contract districts in which the Reedsport Volunteer Fire Department provides fire protection services. This includes parts of Lower Smith River, Dean Creek and Loon Lake. If the Reedsport Volunteer Fire Department would respond to your home, you are eligible for free smoke alarms.
