INVITATION TO BID
The City of Reedsport will be soliciting bids for a public improvement project for the seismic retrofit and remodel of the existing Police/Fire Station (Reedsport Station 7), located at 146 N 4th St, Reedsport, OR 97467. All interested contractors will need to attend a mandatory prebid meeting scheduled for 11:00am on Wednesday May 3rd, 2023, at 146 N 4th Street, Reedsport, OR. This meeting will include a tour of the subject building. Bids are due at 2:00pm on Thursday May 18th, 2023 WEDNESDAY MAY 24, 2023. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened at Reedsport City Hall, 451 Winchester Ave, Reedsport, OR 97467. Bids will be received by Deanna Schafer, City Manager, City of Reedsport. Prevailing wage rates for public works contracts in Oregon are required for this Project. No proposal will be received or considered by the Owner unless the proposal contains a statement that the firm will comply with the provisions of ORS 279C.800 - 279C.870 or 40U.S.C. 276a. A copy of the Project Manual will be available on April 26th, 2023. The project manual will be held at ZCS Engineering & Architecture, 524 Main St, Ste 2, Oregon City, OR 97045.
